He’s the candy man: Nova Scotia man has collection of 3,000 Pez dispensers
Scott Ferguson is a sweets guy. And a sweet guy. What began one day 20 years ago as an innocent trip to the candy store to buy treats for young relatives is now a collection of Pez dispensers that takes up a sizable part of his sizable house.

Banana Bread
When I think back to when my mom would bake, I can always remember her baking banana bread. Hers was good, but a little too banana-y. Over the past few years, I have tried to find a PERFECT banana bread recipe - they’re either too banana-y (as I mentioned), too dry, or tastes like card board (granted I really don’t know what that tastes like, so I’m guessing). The recipe below is a combination of recipes I’ve collected along the way.
