OMG, I love this recipe. My DH and I gobbled a few pieces of it as soon as I took it out of the freezer. It is so fast and easy anyone can make it. The taste is really delicious!!! You can use a variety of powdered sweeteners in this recipe, just make sure you taste it while its still in the saucepan. That way, you can adjust the sweetness to suit your tastes. — posted by Chef Joey Z.

This is my favorite "candy"–and it’s guilt-free and raw, too! It’s a slight variation of a recipe from Nourishing Traditions, by Sally Fallon. — posted by Cosima

White Chocolate Bark With Pistachios and Dried Cranberries
The original of this slightly tweaked recipe came from the food section of the Los Angeles Times, probably sometime in February 2010!, & I’m sure that RecipeZaar won’t let me list the original chocolate which is 4 bars (3.5-ounces each) white chocolate (Lindt Swiss Classic). Preparation time does not include the time needed for the bark to chill & cool completely! — posted by Sydney Mike

Peppermint Bark
These are a twist on the usual Chistmas bark made with candy canes. They are more like an after dinner mint, but none the less they are my son’s favorite at Christmas time and make a great idea for gift giving. — posted by Baseball Mom #5
