This is my quick and easy standby for those last minute holiday get togethers. It’s very festive looking and yummy! They’ll think you worked long and hard to produce this pretty little treat.
Hint: Mix the fruit and nuts into the melted bark soon after it’s melted. If you let it sit around for a few minutes it will start to get grainy and harden. — posted by KitchenComicRelief

On my trip to Niagara Falls i visited the Hershy Store.
There they had many flavours to taste of different types of fudge.
Creamsicle Fudge was my favourite.
I tryed various methods and finnaly came up with this.

A nice little twist on the classic fudge recipe. If it tastes too "alcoholly" you can always add the schnapps before you remove from heat so you can cook off some of the alcohol. — posted by Cookin’ Cop
